Furthermore, if we cannot source the specific flowers, cakes, or sweets you ordered in the respective city or town, we will deliver the best-quality available products of equal value according to our substitution policy.

Delivery Appointments and Unreachable Recipients

Regarding delivery, we always try to make an appointment over the phone before arriving. However, we will treat the order as completed if we cannot deliver perishable items (flowers, cakes, sweets) for any of the following reasons: the receiver or representative is unavailable, we find the door locked, security denies entry to our delivery person, we cannot find the address, nobody answers the phone, the phone remains off, or the phone lacks network coverage at the time of delivery. Consequently, you cannot claim a refund for these cancelled orders.

Late Orders and Next-Day Fulfillment

Additionally, if you place an order for same-day delivery after office hours (i.e., after 7 PM IST), we will deliver it the next day. Therefore, you cannot cancel such orders, and we will not issue a refund.

Uncontrollable Circumstances

On the other hand, uncontrollable circumstances might prevent us from delivering certain items. In these rare cases, we will refund the full amount you paid for those items.

Refund Claims and Customer Support

Please note that, under any circumstances, we only accept claims for a 100% refund of the payment you made.
